Prof. Ennio Tasciotti

Ennio Tasciotti is the founder and director of the Human Longevity Program at IRCCS San Raffaele and a professor of Applied Medical Sciences and Technologies at San Raffaele University. He has held strategic leadership roles in prestigious institutions, including the Methodist Research Institute in Houston, Texas, where he led the Department of Nanomedicine and founded the Center for Biomimetic Medicine and the Center for Regenerative Medicine. He has received prestigious awards, including the Nature Medicine Top 5 Discoveries in Nanomedicine, the ISSNAF Award for Cancer Research, and the American Chamber of Commerce’s Top 10 Innovators Under 40. Recognized by Stanford University among the top 1% of the world’s most influential scientists for his pioneering contributions to translational research, he has secured over $50 million in public and private funding for the development of innovative biomedical therapies and technologies. He serves as a strategic advisor to international companies in the biomedical, pharmaceutical, and digital sectors, fostering connections between institutions, science, and industry, promoting the development of new technologies, facilitating technology transfer, and driving value creation.
