Students and PhD Students participants, in order to apply for the reduced fee, should send a copy of their student ID or an equivalent document signed by an official supervisor at their university or academic institute via e-mail to the organizing secretariat at

Cancellation Policy
In case you need to cancel your Registration you can send an email to the Organizing Secretariat YES Meet
- Until 60 days before the Conference no penalty due
- Until 30 days before the Conference you will be refunded of 50%
- From 29 days before the Conference no refund will be possible
Please note that any refund will be done after the Conference, net of bank charges (Euro 50,00).
